Camphor Spirit

New uses for an old remedy.

Fast, temporary relief for
Fibromyalgia Pain, Stiffness and Brain Fog.

Apply to Tender Points, stiff or painful areas - stops pain, numbness, tingling.

(Stimulates the flow of lymph.)

Tip onto finger and wipe across back of neck to clear Brain Fog.

Check labels on those expensive pain products:  are they mostly Camphor?
Camphor Spirit is generic,  works better and is much more economical.

At Walgreen's it's on the top shelf above Ace Bandages. CVS didn't have any.

   Camphor Spirit USP,
External Analgesic
                      Price: $3.59   2.0 oz.  ($1.80 / oz.)

Keep away from kids and pets.

Don't remove the foil seal.  Just pierce a tiny hole
in it so it doesn't spill or evaporate.

Sorry to say, but Walgreen's is not carrying this now. Check health food stores.
Please let us know where you find it, and pricing info.

Cold Sores

Camphor Spirit is also the fastest, most effective treatment for Cold Sores.
It can stop them in their tracks at the first tingle.

Many cold sore medicines are part Camphor, but only a small amount.

Manufacturers need a unique product to sell, so they add other things -
but that reduces the percentage of the active ingredient.
Effectiveness decreases - healing time and cost increase.

Millions of people have the virus that causes Cold Sores,
so this tip is not just for Fibros.

Use a q-tip (cotton swab) to dab a little Camphor Spirit directly onto the outbreak.
Discard the q-tip.
You can keep some half-cut Q-tips, head down, in a clean pill bottle to have them handy.

To Prevent Outbreaks:

Be sure that your skin is not coming into contact with anything that has body oil on it.

The collar of your favorite jacket, pillow cases, and your hands, can all cause outbreaks.

Wash your hair as often as possible.

Dry your face first after you shower.
Never use a towel or washcloth again without washing it.
A little bleach and hot water in your washerload of towels is great.

If another person uses your telephone, clean it before you use it.
Also true for your desk or steering wheel.

A brusk smooch from your sweetie can be a big problem
if he has enough beard stubble to scratch you.

Same for paper towels. They are too scratchy for your face.

Another cause of outbreaks is the dust around old books and antique shops, etc.

If you have an itch in an area that is prone to cold sores, use the back of your hand to scratch it.  It's cleaner, and won't scratch into the skin surface.

If you think of cold sores as a little beast that lives deep under your skin and comes out to feed when old skin oil is available, you will always be able to prevent and control it.
