THANK GOD FOR YOU!
William Dale Hillebrand - My husband, for loving me, and having hope when there was none.
Our #1 son, Roy, and family - because they understood.
Our other "# boys & girl " - because they are our family by choice.
Dianne and Mike - for finding scarce recalled medication in the nick of time.
Mary Anne Ferrell - for crossing the line for a friend.
Bob Becker - for keeping me laughing.
James W. Rudd - for giving encouragement only an uncle can. For recruiting ham radio operators
to call all over Mexico looking for recalled medication. For being a model of bravery and duty.
Hugh Rudd - for being an anchor when it got really rough.
Dr. Joe Troska, MD, Internal Medicine, Ada, OK, my forever hero, for saving my life in 1981.
My pal, Michael G. Smith. For never giving up on our friendship, and for bringing me to Christ.
Janet and Leo Fundaro - Our oldest and dearest couple friends. They also waited 20 years for me to
come back to them emotionally and never gave up.
My "anchor buddy", David W. Lewis, who is with God.
Dottie Matsko - who is with God.
Dr. Thomas D. Harris, MD Internal Medicine Specialist, Orlando, FL for listening and for working with us
every step of the way. And his Staff.
Dr. Tom Denson DDS. Windemere, FL (retired) for custom work to protect my teeth.
Mr. Brian Gilchrist - Allen, Dyer, Doppelt, Milbrath & Gilchrist - Orlando, FL - Expert Attorneys in Patents,
Copyrights, Trademarks & Licensing. For helping us keep everything we have learned "free for all
time" for all who need it.
Mr. Frank Bodenmiller, MSW - professional counselor. Since May 2003 I have seen Frank about once
per month. He has taught me to do more than I could do, bear more than is bearable, and has stood
shoulder to shoulder / heart to heart with me to slay dragons. Dale and I call him my "paid friend"
and he's worth every penny. Everyone's rolodex should have the phone number for a good lawyer,
an honest plumber, and a personal advisor like Frank.
Frank also suggested that putting in ear plugs for a half-hour before bedtime would give our bodies
additional time to settle down, making it easier to go to bed. It does. Frank shoots! He scores!
Dr. Bruce Bogoslavsky, DVM, Animal Veterinary Hospital of Orlando and staff. Special thanks from
Miss Sassy Belle Devereaux - Medical Assist Dog.
Anthony Rizzuto - who bravely became my anchor buddy.
My girl pal I asked GOD for, Cindy Callahan Hogan, who is truly a gift.
Lesli Leimer, PhD, Rx Innovations Compounding Pharmacy, Orlando, FL. For her expertise and
friendship.
Sam Pratt, RPh Pharmacy Specialists, Altamonte Springs, FL, and staff. For their commitment to
excellent care. To Sam for sharing his library and helping me understand critical information.
For wisdom and advice. For being my Christian brother. To Mary Susan for sharing family and life.
To Terry Isler, RPh for being terrific.
Jenny Nguyen, RPh, and staff at Walgreen's Parkway Plaza / Millenium, Orlando.
Brian LeMay. Who first suggested that I might have Fibromyalgia.
All those who hoped and prayed as we fought against incredible odds. And those who still pray for us.
And especially to a resourceful, compassionate Compounding Pharmacist and dear friend,
Dick McCortney, who continued to put himself on the line for us even while he fought a very
serious battle of his own. Monday, February 17, 2003 he went home to God. We love you, Dick!
